In order to keep you fully updated about how the Coronavirus situation is affecting Ardventures and any tours you may be booked on, we have updated our website; each tour now indicates whether it is affected or not.
Because this is a constantly changing situation, we recommend you visit the web site regularly.
In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, Ardventures has considered all the facts available and decided the only responsible course of action is to defer some of our tours until the virus relents. It is not a decision we have taken lightly, but our priority must be to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff. The management team are closely monitoring the situation and will update customers and staff as the situation changes via social media, email and our web site. If you have any questions, you can email email@example.com or call us on 07974 356 516.
From the 1st of March 2020, Ardventures will become a VAT registered company. We are not doing this by choice but by necessity. Ardventures has been very successful since it’s launch just a short while ago and we have reached the VAT threshold, meaning we are legally obliged to register for VAT.
However, if you book an overseas tour before the 1st of March 2020, you will qualify for a 10% discount. This offer is not available on the web site, so if you are interested you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ardventures is proud to announce we have secured a deal with Carlton Towers to provide 4×4 training, experience days and event hosting at the Carlton Towers 4×4 Driving Experience Centre. Carlton Towers, the home of Lord and Lady Gerald Fitzalan Howard, offers quality accommodation without “airs and graces” – just a relaxed Yorkshire conviviality, that can be booked (pending availability) direct with Carlton Towers. Carlton Towers is probably the best venue in Yorkshire, if not the UK, for hosting corporate events. This is an exciting moment in the “ardventures” journey and it feels like we are returning home today, as we deliver the first of many training sessions to Mountain Rescue England and Wales.
Thanks to Matthew for this great video of the Yorkshire Moors & Dales tour of the 7th & 8th of December 2019. The views coming down to the reservoir are excellent, never get tired of seeing this view. It was a wet day but that sometimes makes it more interesting, and there was a lot of water in the Yorkshire Dales due to all the rainfall of recent days.
