If you wish to cancel an order you have made on ardventures.co.uk you must log in to your account and cancel the order. We will be automatically notified of your cancellation and in accordance with our Adventure Tour Terms and Conditions, at our discretion, offer a refund or a credit in the form of a coupon code that you can redeem against an alternative tour. If you do not cancel your tour as described above, we will invoice you the full amount when due.
If you have booked direct (by telephone or email and do not have an account on this website) you must send us an email with the details of your tour and the reason for cancelling.
Some of our tours offer a means of booking by paying a deposit. Where this is offered, the date by which the balance must be paid is clearly displayed on the tour page. You will also receive an email notification seven days in advance of the date the balance is due. You must pay the balance by the due date or your booking will be automatically cancelled and your deposit forfeited. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Please ensure that you have enough fuel for the day before starting the tour. A good rule of thumb is that each day will require at least half a tank. Some of our tours are remote and access to fuel stations may be limited. Running low on fuel once a tour has started can be very disruptive and spoil the experience for the rest of the group. If you are low on fuel at the end of a day please ensure you fill up for the next day.
It goes without saying that your vehicle must be in good condition prior to joining any of our tours. If you are aware of any defects, you must rectify them before joining your tour. All vehicles must have a full-size spare and not have wheels/tyres greater than 20″. Wheels and tyres greater than 20″ are totally unsuitable for any of our tours because they are extremely susceptible to puncture and thus wheel damage.
A minimum of all-terrain tyres are recommended.
